Pulse arc welding is far superior to traditional silver soldering for all metal joining including the manufacturing of orthodontic appliances. Its strength,​ aesthetics and non tarnishing qualities are at the peak of metal joining technology.

Many different situations can be addressed with 

pulse arc welding including

• placement of spurs for chrome denture tooth additions

• addition of clasps to chrome dentures

• repair of fractures and breaks to all metal work

• joining, repairing and adding wires to orthodontic appliances
